Buy half a size bigger than you usually wear. My doctor advised me to buy these shoes for a stress fracture in my foot. They improve my posture and my foot feels better when I walk in them. This model is heavy and takes time to adjust to the weight. I plan to buy another pair in the near future but I would try a lighter weight shoe. I am very pleased with Mbtshoessaleonlines customer service.

The Koshi is a nice-looking shoe for an MBT. Most leave a lot to be desired in that respect. Although it is very soft and has great cushioning, I am still trying to wear it a little at a time but may be one of those who can't wear this shoe as it gives me serious back and neck pain in a sort time, often a problem for me because of my physical body structure. I have worn Birkenstocks for years and they're wonderful. It looks like I will return. However, I have a friend who now has 3 pairs of MBTs, and has rave reviews on their comfort and alleviation of plantar fasciitis.

I've had two knee surgeries to reconstruct and repair my right PCL. These shoes are helping to strengthen my hamstring muscles. Takes a bit of getting use to when first wearing the shoes, but I like them.

This is the most amazing shoe I have ever worn! I am on my feet constantly as a nurse and since the first time I wore them, I noticed a difference in my posture. I suffered from chronic back and knee pain and noticed each day I had less and less pain after work. I did have to practice the first time I put them on, due to how it makes you hold your weight differently when you walk. I only wish I could find a work boot or professional looking all leather style in my size. You will never regret this shoe. It is the best investment I ever made in myself.

These shoes are unlike any other, which surely is the idea. I have these and a pair of Kaya style. The Lami make you feel like you're floating. I think the soles are thicker than the Kayas, which are wonderfully easy to put on and take off. (You must undo the velcro on the Lamis.) They really make you feel good all over! And people notice them!
