I ordered the shoes for myself as I am working on losing weight. I find the shoes are excellent for walking and can feel the workout in my legs/thighs. I would recommend.

I wear either a 7.5 or an 8 and I had heard these shoes run short. So, I ordered a size 8, but these were way too short. I exchanged them for an 8.5 and I think I could have used a 9. I have a narrow foot and can adjust these because of the strap, but the toe box is big, obviously, so when going downhill, or even down stairs, I can feel my big toe hitting the tip of the shoe. For a big fat shoe these are really cute and girly. Zappos was really good about the return/exchange and it all happened quickly.

Shoes are terrific. This is my 4th pair of MBTs, and I just love them. Can walk for miles. I have a wonky knee and these shoes truly allow me to walk.

I purchased the MBT Kafala about a month ago to help relieve the stress I was having due to a hammer toe problem. Results, excellent. I can walk again without any pain because the style of the shoe keeps my toe up off the ground. Would recommend the shoe to anyone. This is the second style of MBT I have purchased in recent months. The first was a more athletic/sport type. Them, them you love um.

This is my third pair of MBT shoes. I love MBT; I can walk all day without hurting my feet. I have two MBT Kaya the first one I've got was the brown one where I bought it from walkers.com. This style really looks cute on my tiny feet so I decided to buy the black color, too, at Zappos. I just learned about Zappos 2 months ago. However, I already bought a lot of goods from them. With their excellent customer service, it's hard to get away from them.
