I have been wearing MBTs for years. We originally got them to help my husband's back, but I tried them as well. I am on my feet almost all day and found them the be the most comfortable shoes ever and my back/hips/knees comfortable at the end of the day. The Koshi has less "rock" than the tennis show styles, but is very comfortable and has become one of my favorite shoes. It is very easy to slip on/off which is why I bought it initially, but now I just flat out love it. It's nice to have MBT making more dressy shoes to expand the wearability.
