I really loved the look of this shoe and the noticeable exertion of muscles when walking in this shoe. However, it rode high in the back of my foot & significantly irritated the back of my heel to the point of breaking the skin (had socks on). I'll have to find an MBT shoe that does not ride so high in the back because I love the workout.

The MBT Changa is my first pair of MBTs and I truly do like them. I've had no problems while wearing them and did not need any "break in" time to get used to them. I receive compliments on their appearance all the time (they aren't as "bulky" looking as some of the other models). They do seem to run short, as I initially ordered 1/2 size larger than I normally wear but needed to return these and order a whole size up. Mbtshoessaleonlines was so non-hassle to order and return. I plan to order more MBTs this winter.

These shoes are beyond unattractive, but they work well. My big complaint is the size. These run very small, and I probably should exchange them for a size up, but I am too lazy. Do yourself a favor, order the next largest size, even if you are between sizes as I am.

I purchased the MBT Kafala about a month ago to help relieve the stress I was having due to a hammer toe problem. Results, excellent. I can walk again without any pain because the style of the shoe keeps my toe up off the ground. Would recommend the shoe to anyone. This is the second style of MBT I have purchased in recent months. The first was a more athletic/sport type. Them, them you love um.

These are the greatest pair of shoes I have ever owned. I have problem feet, and these shoes make my feet feel so much better. I will never buy another pair of regular shoes again.

Amazing shoe, the best money I could have spent on a shoe in my life!! I no longer have the knee and hip pain I suffer from. I even wear my MBTs when I'm doing dishes!! I love these shoes. I'm planning on buying another pair very soon. Mbtshoessaleonlines customer service is awesome as well!!
