I love this shoe. I've been wearing MBTs for a couple of years and I like that this one has a sturdier sole. The sturdier sole also is a bit heavier so it works you out harder ¨C a good thing. And they're purple, enough said. Because they are secured by a velcro strap across your instep, your heel does move up and down in the shoe and you need to securely fasten that strap to minimize wear and tear on your heels.

Wow! First...talk about service! I ordered these shoes online yesterday afternoon, and they arrived today.rnI'm not quite sure what exactly is wrong with my heel. Doctor #1 thought plantar fasciitis, took an x-ray which revealed a spur, then sent me to Doctor #2 who thought it was a calcaneous fracture and took a bone scan. He sent me to Doctor #3, who thinks it's atypical plantar fasciitis, lateral band. He's ordered an MRI which will happen on Friday, but has me seeing a physical therapist who thinks the pain is irritation from the spur. Anyway, I asked the physical therapist about MBTs, and he enthusiastically thought it was worth a try. He sent me to the 'Brand X' specialty shoe store. I wandered around the showroom while being stared at by 4 customers who were sitting and waiting for something. I never did see an employee, and the shoes were waaaaay expensive.rnI ran home to Mbtshoessaleonline's and read the reviews recommending going 1/2-1 size above one's regular size

The MBT shoes are very soft and comfortable, but they take a little getting used. The MBT shoes will improve your posture and make you feel taller, plus you are over 1 inch taller with the design of the shoe. I recommend the MBT shoe to anyone who stands or walks all day long. Or wants total comfort and wants to improve your body core.

While these aren't pretty, they are comfortable. I have fibromyalgia, and it's a nice way to get a little gentle leg muscle workout without overdoing it, if you have fibro, you know what I mean. The fit, however, is interesting: The toe box is narrow, so I would recommend ordering a half-size up, you might even go up a full size if you like to wear really thick socks. I also find they're tight across the toe joints (where they meet the foot, don't know the anatomical term; sorry!), but it seems like that's loosening up with wear. I love the Velcro adjustable straps, especially helpful because my fibro meds can cause my extremeties to swell unexpectedly. If you've never tried MBTs because you're concerned about balance, they're not as extreme as you might think. I found them very easy to adjust to, with no balance issues whatsoever (and I'm a klutz). The workout is very gentle, with no soreness, but I haven't had them long enough to see if they're doing any toning yet. However, I can te

Mbtshoessaleonlines is great, very reliable, fast shipping, great prices and a wonderful selection. The Kaya MBT shoes are the best shoes I have ever had. I bought the MBT sandals three months ago and now I will never buy any other kind of shoes again. They are comfortable and great for my feet, which used to hurt a lot, but not anymore. Makes your back and posture straight and you can walk in them or stand in them for hours and feel great. Buy them, you will love them too.

I had really high hopes for these shoes, since they were recommended for achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis, both of which I have had for a couple of months. I was desperate, as I have been in so much pain I can't even walk my dog! I must say they are very comfortable if you are just standing still...but walking is much more painful than in my regular running shoes, because these shoes are HEAVY. The extra weight strains the achilles tendon whenever you pick up your foot. I never even tried them outside as I had a lot of pain just on the hardwood floors in my home. After walking around in them for only 10 minutes my achilles swelled up immediately. Sadly, I had to return them, but the Mbtshoessaleonlines Customer Service Rep was WONDERFUL. I really can't say enough about the great customer service at Mbtshoessaleonlines.
