I love the look of these shoes, but they were not a good fit for me. I have a narrow foot and because there is no adjustment for the strap, they were too loose to wear. I have to return them. If you have a high arch or wider fit, these are very nice looking shoes with all the MVT benefits.

I have only worn these shoes a couple of days now, but I did not have any problem at all adapting to them. Purchased these shoes as I, like many others here, have plantar fasciitis and found the comfort to be great so far. Make sure you watch the dvd that comes with the shoes for proper fit and walking comfort. I would recommend these to anybody who asks and will purchase another pair/style of MBTs shortly. This is my second pair of MBT brand shoes and I have to admit, I LOVE them! Until MBT, I could NEVER justify spending >$100 on any single pair of shoes. Much less pay anything remotely close to retail. So I found my first pair on another website and I was hooked! I wore my first pair every single day, until my husband asked me to buy these ones, because the old pair "needed to air out". He even condoned my spending so much on the single pair of shoes. Thanking goodness Mbtshoessaleonlines had free shipping. I agree with all the reviews. Yes, they run a size (or more if you have a wider foot) small, and when buying this type of shoe, (meaning this kind of $$, as well as for the benefits they tout) it's no time to be modest about your shoe size. I had been thinking of buying a pair of MBTs for several years and finally spent the money. I walk and jog in them on the treadmill. They are giving my legs a very good workout. However, the right shoe keeps rubbing a blister on my heel. I have tried lacing the shoes tighter to avoid friction but it doesn't seem to help. I think the "Lowness" of the back of the shoe is causing it to slip easily and rub my heel. I am considering contacting MBT to see if this has been a design problem with this particular style. I would recommend purchasing a pair of MBTs but in a different style to avoid this issue.

I am really enjoying this sneaker-like shoe. It is the best style I've had so far in the fashion sense (for an MBT). I started with the baby bluemoon-like shoe when they first came out. This is my 5th pair. I wear them almost every day. Fun, funky with jeans and jean skirts. I have to say though, it does not feel as though I am getting "the workout" (the reason for my 4 star rating); not as high? The shoe fits great and the fabric is great for summer. Anticipating my first pair of MBTs, they finally arrived almost 1 week later, delivery not as speedy for me. I am a private nurse and spend at least 10-12 hours per day on my feet. I have chronic undiagnosed back, knee, hip, calf and frontal thigh pain that is so severe it interferes even when trying to sleep most nights. Pros: Chronic pain symptoms miraculously diminished. Cons: Extreme toe discomfort and tightness in toe box area. Aggravated pre-existing (treated) ingrown toe nail issues as well as created new pain in toe/foot region. I would give these shoes 5 stars across if it weren't for the trade off of upper body pain relief for very sore feet & toes (while wearing)! Are these to be worn with or with out socks for optimal comfort?
