This is my third pair of MBT's and they are all great. Before I got my first pair, I found myself waking up in the morning with aching arches - like they needed to be stretched, similar to a sore muscle. I thought I would give these shoes a try and they totally remedied the problem. Once I started wearing MBT's, it was impossible to go back to regular shoes - they are just too comfortable, a totally different walking experience. I did not have any soreness or break in period as is suggested might happen when you start wearing them. I was looking for a black pair of MBT's - when the Kafala became available I thought they were the best combination of sport/dress that MBT was offering so I got them. They are a terrific shoe. All MBT's are constructed very well, but one thing I like about the Kafala is the smooth leather around the collar and padded tongue. I find that the nubuck collar around the Chapa requires wearing a sock that has some acrylic in it as the collar pulls on 100% cotton

I now have 2 pair of these shoes. I get lower back pain when I stand on my feet all day & these have made a BIG difference.rnI discovered them after returning from a trip to Africa. It's true that the Masai are on their feet & walk ALL day long. Guess this 'technology' has something to it!!

Great shoes! These are by far the most comfortable pair of shoes I own, even more so than my first pair of MBT's (M. Walk). I suffer from numerous running related ailments and pain including plantar fasciitis. These shoes do more for my knees, lower back and feet than my prescribed orthotics do. I ordered 1/2 size larger than normal for both pair and the fit is perfect. Not sure about the exercise related claims with regard to the MBT's, I am just thankful to be able to walk without pain. The 'Mary Jane-esque'; look of the Kaya is an added bonus, they look great with jeans (my boyfriend agrees). I am a big fan of the MBT's and of Mbtshoessaleonlines.com, great service. Thank you!

Read the reviews and ordered a half a size larger, which would have been fine, but I tried them on and really didn't notice a benefit to the shoes with walking straighter and toning. I decided to sit this one out for the price, and the aesthetics.

Love this shoe! I ordered a half size larger than my normal size and thanks to Mbtshoessaleonlines great customer service and next day delivery, I was able to exchange it. The shoe looks great for work and play. Comfort is exceptional.

I love MBT shoes! I got my first pair about 3 years ago as a giveaway on Dr. Phil, wear them almost every day and they are still almost like new. I've really wanted a pair of the sandals for a while, but only recently was able to afford it. I love the Habaris as well. Wish I had been able to shop earlier in the season so as to have more selection, but am happy with the ones I have. I was also very pleased with the service I got from Zappos, and hope to do business with them again.
