I discovered MBT shoes by accident. I was in my regular shoe store in Florida, when I overheard the owner telling another woman that six of her customers had canceled scheduled knee surgery after switching to MBTs. At the time I was having great difficulty walking due to severe knee pain, so despite the cost, I decided to buy a pair of MBT sandals for daily wear. (Felt it was cheaper than knee surgery and worth a trial). That was over two years ago and now I only wear MBTs, and very rarely have any discomfort at all in my knees! I find the shoes very comfortable and very long-lasting. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who is on their feet a lot, or has knee or hip pain. This year I bought my shoes online at Mbtshoessaleonlines and was very pleased with the attention I received when I needed fast shipping service because I was returning to Honduras.

These are great shoes, I love walking in them. I can walk for miles with no knee or hip pain and that was unheard of before. I will definitely be back for more. Thanks MBT & Mbtshoessaleonlines for great shoes, with great service and delivery!

I have bone spurs in both of my heels and these are the first shoes I have worn that actually relieved the pain while allowing me to still function. They took some getting used to, but they are worth the cost!

Shoes are terrific. This is my 4th pair of MBTs, and I just love them. Can walk for miles. I have a wonky knee and these shoes truly allow me to walk.

This is my first pair of MBT shoes and I love them! I've been a nurse over 25 years and have arthritis in my knees and back and have tried every kind of shoe there is. These MBTs are the only shoe I will ever buy again! My knees and back no longer ache after long hours on my feet. Mbtshoessaleonlines is the only place I'll buy them!

I got these because I felt like they might help me walk better when I do one of my two walks per week. Yes and no. They are great for walking on hard surfaces, as their website advertises, but not quite so much if that hard surface is not perfectly level. As I walked my usual tracks, which aren't level, I always had the feeling that my feet were sliding more to one side or the other, since these shoes are meant to be naturally unbalanced. To be fair, I have not yet watched the DVD that came with them, nor the various 'training' simulations available on their web site. I can tell you, however, that these shoes definitely take some getting used to. Your feet (and possibly legs) will also hurt after the first day or two of wearing them. What keeps me going, however, is the promise that they are doing wonders for my back and posture, as well as helping me to use muscles that I had been neglecting with normal shoes. I'll continue to use these shoes, but probably not every day. I might even
