These shoes are a little stiff, but have a very cushy "bounce" to them. After having my baby I wanted to increase the speed with which I lost my baby weight. My midwife suggested it would take at least 6 months to lose the 30 lbs I gained during my pregnancy, but after only 4 months I lost it all. These shoes really helped the pounds melt away and bring back the tone to my muscles.
