I wear either a 7.5 or an 8 and I had heard these shoes run short. So, I ordered a size 8, but these were way too short. I exchanged them for an 8.5 and I think I could have used a 9. I have a narrow foot and can adjust these because of the strap, but the toe box is big, obviously, so when going downhill, or even down stairs, I can feel my big toe hitting the tip of the shoe. For a big fat shoe these are really cute and girly. Mbtshoessaleonlines was really good about the return/exchange and it all happened quickly.

This is my fourth pair of MBTs, and they keep getting better! I agonized over that first purchase, and it was the many positive, candid reviews at Mbtshoessaleonlines.com that convinced me I should at least try them, and I have to say, they've changed my life for the better. In general, for MBTs, these are the standard truths: you need to order up a half or full size. You just do; they're very snug. That said, use your credit card, take advantage of Mbtshoessaleonlines' amazing return policy and customer service, and order 2 pairs and wear them around on carpet a few days to see what's best for you. We all have different feet. Also, they haven't always been the most attractive shoes. It should tell you something that I used to see women crossing Grand Central Terminal in front of me in the morning, and inwardly laugh. How could they be seen in public with those things on? These shoes are unlike any other, which surely is the idea. I have these and a pair of Kaya style. The Lami make you feel like you're floating. I think the soles are thicker than the Kayas, which are wonderfully easy to put on and take off. (You must undo the velcro on the Lamis.) They really make you feel good all over! And people notice them!

If you have any type of back pain or foot trouble, these are the shoes for you. They also give your legs a great work out as long as you actually walk in them as the video says to do.
